Walk & Talk

Walk and Talk combines traditional counselling with the benefits of being outdoors. Research shows that walking can help reduce stress, improve mood and support emotional regulation. It can make it easier for some people to talk openly. sessions take place in an agreed outdoor location.

Tapping

Tapping is a gentle evidence informed technique that involves lightly tapping on specific points of the body while focussing on thoughts or feelings. It can reduce stress, anxiety and emotional distress.
